Here is the description from the job posting:

The incumbent must be able to assume a team role in UNIX Server Support within the Company's Corporate Data Center facilities. Initiatives such as, but not limited to, implementation and support of UNIX Server installation, HPUX/AIX installation and maintenance, Script Programming, and Performance Monitoring,. 

Successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of "hands-on" Current UNIX Server Administration experience using products and tools such as Ignite, SAM, Swinstall, Korn-Shell, ServiceGuard, and SMIT. Any additional experience with Data Protector, Openview, Glance, MWA, LINUX, NT, EMC, or Oracle would be very favorable. The candidate must have experience writing and modifying UNIX scripts using Korn-Shell and should be considered an expert in this technical area. 

Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful implementations are mandatory.
