[wplug-internet] Mailing list unsubscriptions

Unsubscribed four more e-mail addresses.  One newly bounced this month
with a "no such account" message.  The other three had address lookup or
connection failures, and have not worked for at least the past three
months, so I feel comfortable with removing them.

This should finish off all of the historical bouncing addresses; any
which show up now will be fresh.
