Oh, and some preliminary data about effectiveness.  I just cleared out
the moderation queue for the wplug@ mailing list.  There were a total of
25 messages received yesterday (after content filtering was put in
place).

Six of these (24%) were flagged in the subject line as meeting the base
threshold.  The actual scores for these messages were: 9.000, 8.228,
18.548, 11.034, 12.109, and 7.174.
