Yeah, I saw this.  I'll probably be lazy and wait for it to be
integrated into Laravel Cashier <http://laravel.com/docs/5.0/billing>,
although I'm honestly not sure if that is in scope for that or not.
If not, I'll have to add in the functionality myself.
