[wplug-internet] Linode has a $10 plan

Well, apparently not.  I was trying to "language-lawyer" the plan 
descriptions to try to get the new rate right away (without doing an 
actual migration), but looks like they won't go for that.  ;-)

Was worth a try, anyway.
