[wplug-internet] Linode has a $10 plan

First off, I'm 100% on board with moving to the $10 plan. It's
got all the resources we need, except (as you note) CPU for
minerd. (I'm pretty sure we're not mining $8/month in Litecoin,
so we'll come out ahead!)

In general I've preferred to start with a fresh install rather
than doing a major version upgrade. The current methods might be
better now than they used to be. But still, new versions of
applications like Apache and Postfix have configuration changes
that I'm not sure can be handled 100% automatically.

One thing that is troublesome are the applications we run that
aren't handled by the package manager. Off the top of my head,
this includes mediawiki, tt-rss, and wordpress. There's monkeybot
(infobot) as well, but I think that's a lost cause. :) It would
be nice to use a distro that can allow us to manage as many of
these as possible with a simple "yum update" or "apt-get upgrade".
