[wplug-internet] Membership Database design

I personally am not a fan of adding more tables to the database of a CMS
unless you are extending the CMS itself. If it is possible to use
MediaWiki as a Model–view–controller for the database we are developing
to keep track of the members I think it would be the best option,
otherwise I would prefer a stand-alone PHP application we can just link
to on our web server.
