[wplug-internet] What committee is in charge of wplug-market and wplug-jobs?

Depends on what you're looking for.

The individual lists each have owners listed on the list info page (for 
instance, for wplug-jobs, see 
http://www.wplug.org/mailman/listinfo/wplug-jobs) who have stepped up 
and volunteered to take care of them.  The Technology Committee is 
responsible for the overall management of Mailman and the lists therein 
(such as adding/removing lists, changing the list owners, etc.).  And 
the full Board can always make decisions and direct the Technology 
Committee to implement them.
