[wplug-internet] Why does this list exist?

Just riffing on one of the reasons for the different list is the
kibbitizing without intent to deliver that often happens.

If there's something in my oeuvre (primarily Objective-C, Swift, OS X, iOS
- you can check out my work at Amazon and on the big nerd ranch blog), I'd
be happy to do something.  I also organize the local CocoaHeads chapter.
We've done one thing together in the past (dude from OpenStep came down).
If there's something that'd be of interest to both communities I'd be for
it.
