[wplug-internet] IPv6 address allocation for new Linode

Hi folks,

Just to make everyone aware, Linode has allocated for us this address 
block to use for our new Linode:

2600:3c02:e000:0047::/64

This allocation is only usable on Linodes deployed in the Atlanta 
datacenter (so I guess it would be usable on our existing Linode, too), 
so we would need to get a new allocation if we ever moved this Linode to 
a different datacenter.
