[wplug-internet] Server upgrade to CentOS 5.10

I've performed the upgrade from MySQL 5.0 to 5.5.  In addition, I
brought MediaWiki up to 1.19.8.

Everything seems to be working, but I don't use tt-rss, Wordpress,
or GnuCash (applications which appear to be using the DB) so
please check and let me know if any of these exhibit problems.
