[wplug-internet] Linode upgrades

The additional expense for this upgrade was approved at the regularly scheduled meeting of the WPLUG Board of Directors this evening and will be reflected in the meeting minutes.

I will figure out how to execute whatever transaction needs to happen to get us this upgrade

There's a board meeting tonight, this will be on the agenda.

Not sure how this will affect us, as we've prepaid for a year's worth of 
service (i.e., will they charge us the difference, or what).
