[wplug-internet] Change to server alias file

I changed the /etc/aliases file on the server to have the addresses for 
"info at wplug.org" taken from a file, rather than being a static alias.  
The vice chair is out of pocket for much of March, and wanted to make 
sure there was coverage during that time.  The file currently contains 
the vice chair and myself; I didn't add anyone else, as I wasn't sure if 
anyone else wanted to sign up for that task... :-)
