[wplug-internet] Fwd: Updates available - wplug.org update-check

With most VPS (such as WPLUG's server at linode.com) you can't update
the kernel, or you have to do things other than 'yum update kernel' to
update the kernel. This is because the host machine chooses the
kernel it will boot the virtual machine with.

So it probably wasn't necessary to reboot the server because we ran
yum update, but there are three reasons I would reboot after a bunch
of updates:

1. You want to make sure that all dependent services are restarted.
2. You want to be sure that after an unexpected reboot, everything
will come up back to normal. So its good to reboot at a known time
and then check to make sure everything is OK.
3. If a tree falls in the woods... if the wplug.org server is down for
the 30 seconds it takes to reboot a VPS, will anyone notice?
