[wplug-internet] fail2ban installed

I've installed fail2ban on the server.  If you make too many
failed login attempts, a firewall rule will be added blocking you.
You will have to wait for a while for the ban to expire.

Denyhosts looked like it had nicer heuristics, but requires that
ssh be run through inetd/tcpwrappers.
