Hello,

I spoke with Eddie Gonzalez about hosting the WPLUG feed aggregator on
the new server.  He would appreciate it if we did replace it.


You can see where it currently exists here:

It runs an old version of:

http://www.planetplanet.org/


The setup consists of:
a) a cron job that periodically goes and downloads the feeds.
b) a script that periodically grabs the content from www.wplug.org and
creates a blank template from there.
c) a python script that displays the content from the feeds inside of
the template when you visit the page.


Does anyone have any objections to me setting up www.wplug.org/planet
and / or planet.wplug.org?

If not, I'll set it up, include instructions for how to get a feed
from your blug into the aggregator, and post an announcement to the
mailing list.
