vph migration to do

* dump and import db for wiki
  - Duncan's help needed for access to old wiki
* mail/list migration - install postfix and/or exim for new mail server
  - Ted wants login to penguin to grab old mail configs
* improve redirects with apache to ensure old openacs and wiki urls are 
preserved or create an old content depot page
* deploy online calendar
* save monkeybot code for possible deployment later
* notify and shutdown email accounts of people no longer actively involved 
with wplug

working on any of these projects. We hope to accomplish all of the above 
goals by the end of the year.
