Kudos go out to Chris, Bill, and everyone else (whose names I've forgotten) for getting ErieLUG off to such a strong start!
The meeting was very well run, and participation was strong overall. It was primarily an all-Linux user crowd, but a couple of newbies did grace the meeting with their presence.
(Which reminds me... does anyone know how to mount a magneto-optical disc partitioned on a SunOS box? Somebody was asking that, and if he reads this, could he email me?)
In addition, I was able to hand out the IBM DVD's and about half of the WPLUG business cards. Is our Western PA LUG ready to greet the REST of Western PA? :)
A very promising start. ErieLUG's going to have a great future! I'm looking forward to the first ErieLUG InstallFest in April, however it comes about.
