I agree with Bill.  The one topic meeting allows for the speaker to take
as much time as they desire and allows us to have some social time both
before and after the meeting.

We did this not too long ago with the "security double-header" that both
I and Dr. Belcher spoke at.  I seem to remember it dragging the overall
meeting time much longer than 3 hours, though.

Keep in mind, that GUMs are usually social events as well.  I think it's
nice to allow some time after the talks to discuss things and socialize.
