[wplug-erie] Install Fest meeting place

Based off of this, I would then say the cut off for Mercyhurst will then
be one week before the install fest.  That should give all parties
interested enough time to make accomodations and for us to post
intructions on how to get there.  Thank you Mike for getting us the
firehall without strong commitment to having to be there.  For those of
you working on getting us Mercyhurst can you please give us an update.
