BSD Unix (FreeBSD, NetBSD, Mac OS X)
Writing PCI drivers for FreeBSD
Writing USB drivers
Excellent C Skills
Familiarity with OOP concepts
Python, Python + C

Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills:
wxWindows
Strong familiarity with MJPEG2K
Experience with prototyping
