[wplug-bsd] Help with Disaster Recovery

I am running a server with FreeBSD 5.  and while walking through a script I
acidently told the OS  rm -Rf / instead of /tmp/file.  Most basic commands
are gone, and no tape backup.  What is the easiest way of restoring the
system while preserving what system files and configs are left?  Any help
would be appreachiated.
