of these are probably non-starters for us. The <br>Pittsburgh Foundation awards grants only to 501(c)3 non-profits. The <br>Heinz Endowments awards grants only to 501(c)3 non-profits and 509(a) <br>public charities. So WPLUG would not be eligible to receive a direct <br>grant from either of these organizations.
