[wplug-board] WPLUG Board of Directors meeting April 18th, 2017

Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to make this meeting either, so 
won't be able to provide a physical meeting location.  :-(

My suggestion is to conduct the meeting by phone, using the information 
previously provided.  I'll send it to the board members again in a 
separate e-mail to make sure everyone has it.
