[wplug-board] WPLUG Board of Directors meeting February 16th, 2015

One follow up to this - the weather forecast for tomorrow indicates a 
possibility of inclement weather that may produce dangerous travel 
conditions tomorrow afternoon and/or evening.

In the event that there's any frozen precipitation happening tomorrow 
evening, I won't be able to travel to the meeting site to give access.  
As a fallback plan, I would suggest meeting at the Smallman Street Deli 
if that should occur, if there are enough people available to attend an 
in-person meeting to justify it. Otherwise, my suggestion would be to 
meet by phone.  I will pre-emptively distribute the conference call 
information to all board members privately, just so you will have it in 
case that should occur.

Ultimately, though, it will be the Vice Chair's call one way or the other.
