Hello there,

We checked the availability for the smaller room, the quiet study room, on both Saturdays you mentioned, May 14th and May 28th. The room is available both days for the entire time we're open, 10am until 5pm. Please let us know as soon as you can what day and at what time you'd like to use the room so we can book it for you.

Thanks!

Greetings,

I am inquiring as to the availability of your smaller room for a
workshop my computer user's group is intending to hold in mid to late
May. It would be on either the 2nd or 4th Saturday. We don't
anticipate more than 20 people attending our event. We are The Western
Pennsylvania Linux User's Group. We have used your facility in the
past, though not in over a year. WPLUG is a Non-Profit organization
that promotes the use of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). Our
events are attended by like minded folk who work in the IT field or the
hobbyist. Please email me at the above address. If you have any
questions regarding our organization, we have a wiki URL:
http://www.wplug.org.

Regards,

Terry Golightly
Treasurer Western Pennsylvania Linux User's Group.
