[wplug-board] WPLUG Board meeting Feb 17

My apologies for putting words in your mouth.  In any case, I think we
should just go with your idea unless there's any objections.  We
should probably update the wiki within the next day to reflect the
theme of the GUM.  Shooting out an email to wplug and wplug members
wouldn't hurt either.
