Definitely a valid concern.  Maybe we should contact Chad to hear his take.

I can meet anywhere between the east end and downtown, but I'm
guessing somewhere in Oakland would work best for a lot of us.  I can
meet at any time for the most part, but I'd like the meeting to end by
9:00 at the latest.
