Technically, these lists are still "active", though the Erie mailing 
list should probably be obsoleted (so people can't accidentally 
subscribe).  The OpenStreetMap list, we were just hosting for the 
OpenStreetMap Pittsburgh group, but I am unsure if they still exist.
