Justin and Pat,
I like these ideas. Justin, the points system for contributing ideas or
work is very interesting and has potential. If I may point out, we may
need a system to judge what is a worthwhile idea vs productive work
product contributed to the group and what is a valid idea. What metrics
would we apply? How many points to based on what idea or work has been
performed? Pat, to do what you suggest we really would need to partner
with another like minded group/organization. Anyway, thats my two bits
worth.
