I've increased the size limit to 200K.  That's sort of on the hairy edge 
of what I'm comfortable with (I wouldn't consider that size limit for 
the general mailing list, for instance).  Beyond that, it starts to 
upset people that recruiters can drop large, unsolicited attachments 
into their inboxes, at will.

What the recruiters really should do, is put the job posting on a web 
site somewhere, and include a link to it in their message.
