[wplug-board] Not attending July GUM

Despite all the effort I’ve put into organizing July’s GUM, I won’t be able to 
attend it. I was reminded last night that I agreed to a terribly boring out-of-
town commitment on the weekend of the 13th. I leave next Thursday and 
won’t be back until Sunday.

I’m sure everything will be fine once we decide on a venue. Are there any 
objections to IBM Pittsburgh? If not, I think we should play it safe and have 
the GUM there. We’ll have plenty of time in August and September to 
investigate a more definite location.
