[wplug-board] Checked PO box yesterday

The annual bill for the PO box arrived yesterday (technically, I guess 
it arrived on Thursday, but I didn't check the box that day). $96.00, 
due 02/28/13.

There were no absentee ballots in the PO box.  No absentee ballots for 
the pending bylaws amendment have been returned at all, at this point.

There was, however, another item of junk mail from Comcast, wanting to 
sell us their services.  We literally get one of these every couple of 
weeks...
