I believe we have to, as a group, communicate our schedules to one another somehow. It maybe impossible to do, but if we are to be effective, communication has to be first and foremost in our lives.  Lets just try phone calls. That almost always works. We do answer them and get voice mails as well. So as of now I have Vances and Justins contact info, now I just need Pat's and Joe's and Terry's. Once I have those then I can call and keep us informed of what is going on week by week, etc. I work now till 3:30 pm and have from 4:30 till bedtime to make the calls when necessary.  We all should have each others numbers, like when I was on the board 3 years ago or so. A printed sheet was given to each of us with every board members contact info. 

That is the best idea I can offer. See some or most of you at Eat N Park on or about 7:00 PM or 7:15 PM @ 930 Butler St, Pgh PA 15223  Etna Area, near Kmart.
