[wplug-board] WPLUG Board of Directors Meeting

Just as a reminder - on last night's conference call, we decided to 
change the time of next Tuesday's meeting from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.  All 
board members were present, and unanimously agreed to waive notice of 
this change.
