[wplug-board] Transition activities

Board,

I need to know what we need to do in order for there to be as seamless 
transition as possible for the next board.  From what I can gather WPLUG 
has no guidelines regarding this.  We don't have an inventory of who 
manages what web resources (or that they exist and we don't know about 
it), ie Wplug Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Four Square etc, etc.  Could 
we at least here on this mailing list brain storm regarding what could 
be done to make transitions smoother and more complete?

The obvious come to mind:

Mailing list updates
Switching names on the bank account

What else comes to mind?
