Brian,

Sorry that it has taken be long to get back to you.  The Wilkins School
has a Maintenance Man on site 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday and
Thursday from 8am to 3pm. I believe we need him for complete access to
the building.  Do you have any idea of your friends availability?  Days
off during the week is spotty at best and I wouldn't necessarily know
before hand. What is your availability like?  We need to coordinate a
day and time we can meet. Thanks again for your offer of your time and
expertise.
