[wplug-board] PO box renewed for 12 months

As authorized by the board at our last meeting, I have renewed our PO 
box for another year at a cost of $94.00, paid for the renewal out of my 
personal funds, and will be submitting the expense for reimbursement 
from the WPLUG treasury.  I will have Terry to sign the reimbursement 
check for this expense at our next meeting, as I don't think I should be 
signing checks that will be payable to myself.
