[wplug-board] Updated membership list

I just made a few updates to the membership rolls; updated one member's 
expiration date (based on dues payment recently deposited that wasn't 
already reflected in the spreadsheet), and moved a couple of expired 
members from "Member" to "Lapsed".

New spreadsheet uploaded to the usual place on the server.

Apologies if I've stepped on the secretary's toes a little bit; just 
wanted to make sure the updates were made before it slipped my mind.
