I'll present this in person this evening, of course.  But just wanted to 
get it into the archive in case I need a memory jog later....

December 2012 checking statement balance:  $596.16
Recent deposits:  $138.65 (consisting of undeposited membership dues 
from last couple of meetings, and accumulated excess petty cash)
Retained petty cash:  $30.00

Total funds available:  $764.81

Anticipated near-term expenses:
     * $40.00 to WSCC (meeting space rental for October and November)
     * $94.00 to US Postal Service (PO Box renewal due end of February)

Not sure if there will be any expenses associated with the planned 
December installfest.
