OK, I can understand 5x3, 6x4 -- but 8x3 seems a little out dimension...no wonder we can't file for 501c3 -- speaking of which Dave Sevick's story is in this morn's paper.
 
If we go 8x3 we will be able to use it as a table cover. (And a car cover and a tent...)
