[wplug-board] WPLUG Board meeting April 5

Vance is keeping us honest with the rules of parliamentary procedure.

If we really want to go to Crazy Mocha instead we can:

1. Have at least 3 of us agree to go to Smallman Street Deli at 6 P.M.
2. Vote to reconvene at Crazy Mocha at 6:15 P.M.
3. Walk down the street
4. Hold the meeting at Crazy Mocha

Does that work for everybody?
