Don,

I currently have the Wilkings School Community Center auditorium
scheduled for November 12th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

The above link will give you an idea about what the inside of the
building looks like.  It is a converted elementary school.  It has
handicapped access to the presentation room.

Ideally, we need two months to properly promote you presentation.  So
for now we're in pretty good shape.
