Board,

I received this email from Max Putas last week.  It got me wondering.
Do did we need to have formal permits to do work in this capacity for
Wscc?  Do we need to have a licensed electrician approve the work to be
done?  I ask this for the purpose of liability of our organization.
Could we be help liable for any damage if one of our installations were
to fault?
