[wplug-board] Business card template

I have uploaded a template for printing WPLUG business cards to
the wiki at <http://www.wplug.org/wiki/Image:Wpcards2011.odt>.

It is in OpenDocument format.  I have not tested to see if it
lines up properly on business card stock, so do a test page before
printing.  Feel free to modify it if you think you need a greater
or lesser number of personalized cards.

For myself, I have only really found a need for the generic cards.
