It appears that we have 4 out of 5 Board members confirmed for a
meeting on 10/1.  Lets plan to meet at 7:30p.  I am open to
suggestions for a location.

We can make the official decision to postpone the Nomination meeting
until 10/23 and decide whom will convene the 10/16 meeting.  Am I
correct in thinking that the rescheduled nomination meeting must be
announced by 10/2?

Now that the nominations and elections have been postponed until Oct,
Nov, I will be available to run the business meetings.
