[wplug-board] Nominations/election

FYI: I'm bringing Yaakov Nemoy to the board meeting tonight.  Some of
you may remember Yaakov, he attended a few meetings two years ago and
did some stuff with Open Street Map.  He's not sure if he's going to
be in Pittsburgh for the next year, but I talked him into accepting a
board nomination if he is - and he expects to decide whether he'll be
in Pittsburgh or not soon.
