Board,

Just a little nudge. Stanley and myself came up with the basices, Beth 
Lynn has signed off on them, I have yet to hear from Vance and Jim.  We 
really should get this out before Christmas.  Just to let our members 
and mailing list subscribers.  Just what is expected of them to deport 
themselves at a swap meet.
