[wplug-board] WPLUG InstallFest 11/21

Pretty steep in my opinion.  This is one of the reasons we had an
installfest at the Brookline Library last year.

One of the ideas we had kicked around was not having the installfests at the
same place all the time.  Different people will go to different locations.
