[wplug-board] WPLUG Board Transition Meeting

I got notice that someone might be contacting us about giving us some
schwag, and since I knew that Mathieu wasn't going to be the next
Vice-Chair, I temporarilly re-assigned info at wplug.org to me at about this
time yesterday.
